To register for a guided tour of solar systems in your area please mail $15 per person (children accompanying parents are free) cash, check or money order to: Show Me Solar, 18571 S. Alma Ct., Hartsburg, MO 65039. Please make checks payable to: Show Me Solar. Make sure you have included the name of each person that will be attending the tour, the location of the tour you wish to attend and a phone number where you can be reached. If you would like your email address to be added to our mailing list to be notified of other Show Me Solar news and events please include it as well.
In addition to remaining eligible for door prizes given away the day of the tour, early registrants for a Show Me Solar Tour will be entered one chance per ticket to win the Show Me Solar Oven Raffle. The raffle item is a Global Sun Oven (see photos below) The winning raffle ticket will be drawn at the annual meeting in November. If you prefer not to be entered please let us know. Please see additional terms and conditions below. A ticket with your raffle entry number will be sent to you electronically.
It would be best to print out your registration and bring it with you the day of the tour, however it will not be required as we will have a record with us as you enter the tour and you will merely need to check in once you arrive. If you do not preregister tickets for the guided tours will also be available (depending on seating capacity) from Show Me Solar the day of the tour and at all events listed on our calendar. You are welcome to register at any of these events in person.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Show Me Solar reserves the right to void entry into the 2010 fundraiser at any time. No refunds. No personal checks please. Directors and Officers of Show Me Solar and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter. The winner of the raffle item will be notified once by phone and/or email at number/email address registered with Show Me Solar. The winning ticket must be redeemed within 7 days of notification. The winning ticket holder’s right to claim the prize expires after 7 days of notification. The winning ticket is not transferable to third parties. The raffle prize will be shipped ground delivery service with insurance. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
