Boone Electric Coop Community Solar Farm to be on Sustainable Living Fair Tour October 15, 2017 at 1

A tour of Boone Electric Cooperative’s Community Solar Farm will be held at the BEC headquarters at 1413 Rangeline Street, Columbia on Sunday October 15 at 11 A.M. The rendezvous point will be in the Cooperative’s Community Room, which is located across the parking lot from the solar panels.

Prior to the array visit, Boone Electric’s Chris Rohlfing will share a short presentation on the background and history of the Community Solar Farm and how it fits into the cooperative’s power needs. Everyone is welcome to attend.
